Horseback Riding tour:
Starting with your pick up at your hotel, around 6:40am, you’ll be taken at Rancho Los Tucanes operation center for a continental breakfast.
Approximately at 9:30 am, the tours starts experiencing the true Costa Rican lifestyle in this unique horseback ride through luxuriant rainforest and streams (2 hours by horse), ending in an unforgettable swim in a spectacular natural swimming pool.
This beautiful half day tour of horseback riding features magnificent rainforest views, an abundance of colorful birds, and an incredible natural pool that invites you in for a jungle swim.
Your guide will help you discover the richness of the land and the wildlife as you ride through primary and secondary rainforest; the home of toucans, parrots, beautiful butterflies, and animals of many species. You will enjoy one of the most beautiful landscapes in the area. The views of the valley and the surrounding tropical forests are spectacular.
Rafting tour :
After some rest, you will enjoy a white water rafting on Naranjo or Savegre River which are considered some of the most beautiful rivers in Costa Rica.
Once at the river shore (2 hours in the raft), one of our certified guides will explain all the necessary safety information.
It is worth it to mention that all of our guide leaders have completed their technical training in water rapids, first aid, water rapids rescue, and mountain rescue.
Now is the time to get into the River! From here on in its 100 % adrenaline! After we pass over this section of the river, there is a stop off to enjoy our tipical lunch at Rancho Los Tucanes operations center.
