CHILDREN POLICIES

• Under 6 years complementary tour.
• 6 years and over apply regular rate. RESTRICTIONS
• Rafting Tours only children 8 years and over are allowed.
• Mangrove Kayaking children 6 yrs old and over are allowed.
• Sea Kayak children 8 yrs old and over are allowed.
• Jet Ski´s 16 years and over on their own, 7 years and over sharing.
• Horseback Riding 235 pounds maximum weight.
• Canopy Tours 275 pounds maximum weight.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• From May thru November the EVENING Catamaran does not operate due to rain.
• From December thru May Naranjo River Rafting does not operate due to the low level of water because of the dry season.
• All rates are subject to changes without previous notice due to Government approval of the new taxes structure and fuel increases.

PAYMENT FIT'S

The 100% prepayment must be done 7 days before the date of the tour.

Groups: The 100% prepayment 15 days before the date of the tour

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing, also waiting for confirmation in writing from our company to make this effective. Cancellation 48 hours or less, 100% charge in FITS Cancellations made one week before the tour 100% charge in Groups.
