"Drake" school
It is a small school located in the southern part of the country. It’s a beautiful area where we offer tours to cruises during the months of December through May.
As a way to give back to the community who offers us business and guide services for during our operation, we decided to donate sport articles to the school to motivate sports in the children.
“El Estadio” School
This is a school that suffers from a low income in Quepos, Costa Rica.
We chose two students and provided them school supplies for the whole year. Thanks to this donation these children have had the opportunity to complete the school year with all of the materials that they need to stand out in school, their motivation has been notorious and their results have been irreproachable.
Committing to Conservation
As part of our commitment, Rancho los Tucanes leads a reforestation campaign that will benefit Rio Naranjo.
Many of our employees along side with a University from the United States planted huge amount of trees along the border of the river, where it unites with several streams that feed the Naranjo River. This will certainly conserve the river in the future, creating a source of work for many families.
Rain water harvesting tank.
This tank was installed for the sole purpose to save water. The rain water is used for washing cars and toilet use this alone has saved up to 500 liters of water a day during rainy season. Let’s protect our natural resources “Together we can make the difference”.
